Return Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and complete in their original packaging – including all certificates of authenticity, inserts, and protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products are non-returnable.

Jewelry must have been worn only for fitting and show no signs of wear, perfume, or cosmetics.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days to obtain return authorization.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Return the package using an insured and trackable shipping service only.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the item, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
